The “Daawat-e-Ishq Food Yatra” comes to a grand end celebrating a day full of Punjabi daawat and ishq!
Sukhdev Dhaba's piping hot makhan maar ke parathas, puri aalu along with kheer and gulab jamun, washed down with chilled lassi kick-started the Food Yatra in the morning at the famous dhaba town of Sonipat in Haryana.
After a smooth ride passing many fields and many more tractors, ghar ka khana awaited Aditya and Parineeti in Ambala where Gullu’s Mom & Dad, Mr. and Mrs. Chopra gracefully hosted the entire Daawat-e-Ishq team and left them delighted and craving for more. Parineeti's favourite dishes were served at this special homecoming - aloo jeera, black dal and delicious biscuit pudding over lots of love, warmth and affection!
Pal Dhaba's dinner of chicken curry and mutton biryani finished the day in true Punjabi flavour and style in the heart ofChandigarh! Aditya and Parineeti relished every morsel of their last meal on the Food Yatra.
And the journey of the very best eats from Mumbai to Chandigarh came to a fitting end on Day 5!
