It is a story about Sapna (Urmila Matondkar) a girl full of life and lots of dreams. She is searching for the unknown: love, passion, care and happiness. She finds this in Vishal (Ajay Devgan) or so she thinks a hard cop committed to his profession.

DEEWANE is a story about Pooja (Mahima Chaudhry) who has never confessed her feelings to the man she longs for - does love need to be expressed through words?

DEEWANE is a film about happiness and sorrows, union and separation, love and longing.
