Nearly 26000 Foreigners come to Kullu Manali every year. Many of them do no return. Some are found dead. Others don't want to be found.

Parents from across the globe - from countries as diverse as Britain, Holland, Italy, Israel and Russia - have formed an amateur investigative after their sons and daughter had all vanished in the valleys of Kullu and Manali.

A boy named Joel Kitchen from England had come to Himachal on a paragliding trip. He did not return home.

For the police, it is a closed case.

His parents think that he is alive.

Being well connected in political circles, Joel's parents manage to send an Indian Cop from Scotland yard to India to investigate their child's disappearance.

For some people, the case becomes a serious issue. They do not want Scotland Yard to get the right information because they are the ones who are directly connected in the drug trade.

A minister in England, Union Transport Minister in Delhi and the IG police are the three pillars on which this drug trade stands.

An Indian Cop is assigned the duty to keep a watch on this cop from England.

Both become friends without revealing their identities to one another.
