CASTING AND RECRUITMENT DISCLAIMER

We at Yash Raj Films Private Limited ("YRF") follow very stringent policies and measures with respect to recruitment and casting.YRF has a vigorous recruitment and casting process where the employment/engagement is based purely on merit. No recruitment and/or casting processes of candidates for YRF involve any monetary requests from such candidates whether through itself or its authorised agents. YRF strictly advises the candidate to ignore any monetary request made to the candidate.

In the recent times, it has been observed that there are certain individuals and recruitment agencies who are trying to scam people by deceptively claiming to be associated with YRF. These individuals and agencies sometimes even conduct fraudulent interviews with an attempt to scam the candidates by obtaining personal information or money from such candidates. In order to curb this wrongdoing, it is essential for all people who are interested in any form of employment or engagement with YRF to take note of the following:

  • YRF does not request for any money, payments or security deposits of any kind during or after the casting and/or requirement process. Any job offer that requires you to pay any money in advance or in lieu of such requirement/casting process is fake.
  • Authentic job and casting related emails only come from corporate email accounts with the official domain name, i.e., @yashrajfilms.com. Any individual or agency that communicates from any generic email ID ending with free email accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail etc. is very likely to be a scammer. However, sometimes there is also a possibility of scammers who use several kinds of software to generate fake email ids and fake company letterheads to make it appear genuine, and hence you must exercise caution for any job offers you receive.
  • The recruitment process involves at least one in-person interview at YRF's office premises prior to receiving any offer letter.
  • YRF does not request or require personal documents like bank account details, tax forms or credit card information during the course of recruiting any candidate.
  • If you believe you have been a victim of a recruitment fraud, you are requested to personally approach the law enforcement authorities immediately and take up the matter legally.

It is imperative to take note that, YRF does not engage with any third-party, agent or agency for the casting and recruitment without an appropriate legal agreement authorizing them to act on its behalf. Any person dealing with such unauthorized parties for seeking job and/or casting opportunities with YRF is doing so at his/her own risk. YRF shall not be held liable for any fraudulent communications asking the candidate for any monies, their bank account or credit card details for an audition and/or employment opportunity with YRF and the same shall be dealt with by the candidate entirely at its own risk, cost and expense. YRF will not be responsible for any losses (monetary or otherwise) including but not limited to loss of data that are incurred as a consequence.Further YRF will not have any obligationto honour terms of any fake offer letter so issued, or provide employment to anyone who has been issued a fraudulent offer letter.
